It's been a LOOOOOOOOONG time....

I'm sorry to have left all of you hanging. Life has been extremely BUSY. However, I have experienced a firestorm of blessings. Here they are...in no particular order:

1) I got Promoted to Fashion Assistant! I am now fully immersed in the field I adore. There is no stopping me now!

2) J+Z's Rolodex Party is successful yet again. Our second party was amazing. We were able to secure the beautiful venue of Tribal Spears Art Gallery and Cafe and about 150 of New York City's talented young movers and shakers attended. The third installment is coming in August. Get your hustle game up!

3) I'm going back to Cali! Ok, so I WENT back to Cali for the second time within a month... And this time I got to stay (free of charge) at the Montage Resort and Spa, where I luxuriated all day long. God is good!

4) "Wow, you look GREAT!" --A compliment given to me by the-one-the-only TOM FORD on May, 3rd, 2006...a day that will forever serve as a pivotal moment in my soon-to-be illustrious career in fashion. Mark my words!

5) Four words: MANOLO BLAHNIK SAMPLE SALE!! I was able to wrestle my way to three pairs of Manolos ( only $100 each), after waiting in line for 2 hours! I was even able to score the Holy Grail of Manolo Blahnik shoes: Patent leather Mary Janes! In the words of Carrie Bradshaw: "Mary Jane Manolo Blahniks? I thought these were an urban shoe myth!"

6) I have officially begun the process of working on my first publication...Stay tuned!

That should pretty much get you up to speed. Again, I'm sorry it took me so long....Sometimes the best things are worth waiting for! Wink, wink!
